Shipping & Returns

We provide all our customers with a minimum of 3 months Warranty on all products, If the product(s) are damaged during transit or incorrect goods have been sent the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement, store credit or full refund.
 

Changing your mind/ purchasing the wrong product

 

If the customer changes their mind after making a purchase or purchased the incorrect item, Alpha PC is not liable to offer any refund, replacement, or store credit

 

We take all the efforts to get it right in the first instance and get all the products tested before shipped out, but if the product still turns out to be faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and refund or replace the product in a timely manner.

 

All Freight/shipping charges will be paid by the customer and can not be credited/refunded 

 

Restocking fees: In some special circumstances including when products are sold to wholesale customers, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept a return of a product that is not faulty. In these situations, there will be a handling fee equal to at least 20% of the goods value. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all. 

 

Warranty / Faulty Goods - Products that are faulty within the warranty period: Without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, if your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, You will need to return the item to our delivery address, then Alpha PC will first try and repair your product, if the product is beyond repair,  Alpha PC will provide a replacement product. If neither of these options are applicable Alpha PC  will issue a credit / refund. In order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. Returns of this nature can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us.
